تسريب خطاب «فيفا» الاستفساري لم يحقق أهداف العضو المقال

أكد عضو بالجمعية العمومية للاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، في تصريح أن الخطاب الذي تسلمه الاتحاد من الـ «فيفا»، الذي تم تسريبه لأحد المواقع الإلكترونية بهدف إحراج الاتحاد المؤقت، اشتمل على مجموعة من الأسئلة الاستفسارية عما جري في الاجتماع التأسيسي للاتحاد، وذلك كرد منه على الخطاب الذي كان قد أرسله الاتحاد السعودي له لإبلاغه بموعد الاجتماع والإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها لعقد الجمعية العمومية التي ستختار اتحادا جديدا منتخبا.

قال العضو: يقوم الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم عادة بإرسال خطاباته للاتحادات الأهلية ويمد أعضاءه المختصين بصورة منها، وقد وصلت صورة من هذا الخطاب لأحد المقالين من الاتحاد السعودي، من الذين لا زالت عضويتهم سارية بالفيفا ، وهو من قام بتسريب هذا الخطاب لذلك الموقع، رغم أن الخطاب استفساري، ظنا من هذا العضو المقال، أن تسريبه سيحرج الاتحاد المؤقت ورئيسه، وأضاف: لو اطلع أي عاقل علي هذا الخطاب لوجد أنه خطاب استفساري لا غير . فالخطاب به أسئلة تبحث عن الإجابة لما حدث بالانتخابات التي جرت في كلية الحكام وأندية الدرجة الثانية والثالثة واللاعبين والمدربين فقط ، وليس فيه ما يدعو للقلق أو التشكيك. وكشف العضو أن التمديد الذي حصل عليه رئيس الاتحاد المؤقت «أحمد عيد» من الرئيس العام لرعاية الشباب الأمير نواف بن فيصل في شهر رمضان الماضي، قد تم بمباركة من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم وبخطاب رسمي جاء تحت مسمي (المباركة بالعمل). وقال: تم إبلاغ الفيفا بنتائج انتخابات الحكام والمدربين واللاعبين وأندية الدرجة الثانية والثالثة ومراحل الانتخابات.

مضيفا: تبقت الآن خطوة واحدة فقط ،متمثلة بتكوين لجنة مصغرة لتعديل بنود النظام الأساسي وفقا لمقترحات بعض أعضاء الجمعية العمومية في الاجتماع التأسيسي، وتابع : الاتحاد السعودي سيرفع خطابا يوم 5 فبراير إلي الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم متضمنا التعديلات التي سيتم إقرارها ، علما بأن النسخة الأصلية من النظام الأساسي لمجلس إدارة الاتحاد السعودي لدي الفيفا ، أما النسخة الحالية فإن الفيفا سيجيز العمل بها مؤقتا إلى حين اعتماد النسخة التي سيتم تعديلها بناء على مقترحات الأعضاء.

الكفاءة

ملاحظات متأخرة

وتطرق الرئيس العام للجمعية العمومية لاتحاد كرة القدم موضحا أن النظام الأساسي ونظام الجمعية العمومية لم يكن وليد الصدفة أو اللحظة فله أكثر من سنتين، والاتحاد الدولي بعثه لجميع الأندية وكان متاحا لمعظم الرياضيين لإبداء مرئياتهم حياله ولم تصلنا إلا آراء بسيطة لا تمت بصلة للآراء المطروحة اليوم. فكانت الفرصة متاحة للجميع لإبداء مرئياتهم وعقب أن تم رفع الموضوع للاتحاد الدولي وأصبح ساري المفعول عقب موافقة الجمعية العمومية عليه رأينا ملاحظات ومن وجهة نظري كنت أرى الانتظار عليها حتى يتم تجربة النظام فلو أتت الملاحظات قبل وقت كاف أو عقب التجربة لكان أنفع، ورغم ذلك أهنئ القائمين على الجمعية العمومية والإدارة المؤقتة للاتحاد وكافة القائمين على الانتخابات وكل من شارك فيها، فقبل أن أترك اتحاد كرة القدم كنت قريبا جدا من هذا الأمر وأعرف تفاصيله لذا هو ما دعاني أن أتحدث عنه اليوم. وحول مشاركة الأهلي والاتحاد في الأدوار النهائية لدوري أبطال آسيا قال: أبارك للناديين على ما وصلوا إليه وكل منجز سيحسب لأهله ويفرح به الوطن، والناديان عينان في رأس وأتمنى لهما التوفيق وأن يحقق أحدهما الكأس الآسيوية.
